The Informare Guild, also known as TIG, held its very first general assembly for the academic year 2024-2025 on September 21, 2024, at the Multimedia Building. The event was anchored with the theme “Together We Thrived.”

The program began with welcome remarks from the TIG adviser I, Dr. Glenda M. Barquin, who warmly welcomed the freshmen and encouraged all informares to actively participate in all upcoming activities. Mr. Reymond Cielo, TIG Adviser II, shared his inspirational message, highlighting his college journey. He offered helpful insights, urging members not to be discouraged by failures and challenges, emphasizing that perseverance leads to success.

Following the opening remarks, the guest speaker, Mr. Jefferson B. Arquillano, the former first president of TIG, shared the organization’s history and explained how and why TIG became an official organization. He also encouraged the informare to be competitive.

The program then proceeded with the reading of the Constitution and By-Laws (CBL), and the presentation of the Calendar of Activities for this academic year. The event concluded with a series of intermission numbers performed by TIG members, showcasing their active participation and enthusiasm.
