In a united effort to foster literacy and empower young minds, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), the Department of Education (DepEd), and Eastern Visayas State University-Ormoc Campus (EVSU-OC) launch TARA BASA — a collaborative community project aimed at strengthening reading proficiency and cultivating a love for learning among children.
