EVSU-OC Library Receives CBRC Corner Donation to Support Student Review and Academic Excellence
Ormoc City, Leyte โ Eastern Visayas State University โ Ormoc Campus (EVSU-OC) strengthened its academic support services as the Carl E. Balita Review Center (CBRC) officially donated the CBRC Corner to the EVSU-OC Library, providing students with free access to quality review materials for academic and professional preparation.
The donation was formally turned over in the presence of Dr. Maricel A. Gomez, Campus Director; Dr. Guillermo M. Sodomia, SIPP Coordinator; Prof. Romulo Joseph M. Jereza IV, Librarian Designate; and Prof. Neรฑa Divina D. Fevidal, Librarian Designate, along with representatives from CBRC, invited guests, and students.
The CBRC Corner features a collection of review materials designed to assist students in preparing for licensure examinations and other academic assessments. Through this initiative, students may freely use the materials within the EVSU-OC Library by simply logging their names in the library logbook, ensuring organized access while promoting a culture of responsibility and academic integrity.
University officials expressed their appreciation for the partnership, emphasizing the importance of accessible and high-quality learning resources in improving student performance and readiness for professional practice.
