In an effort to better address the needs of the local communities, the Office of Extension Services of Eastern Visayas State University-Ormoc Campus (EVSU-OC) carried out a Needs Assessment Survey in Barangay Don Felipe Larrazabal on January 31, 2025.

Led by Georgina M. Orbeta, Head of EVSU OC’s Extension Office Services, the survey reached around 50 households in the barangay.

The survey serves as an essential tool for identifying the community’s priority needs, guiding the university’s future initiatives in community development, education, and public service.

Further, this effort stems from a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between EVSU-OC and Brgy. Don Felipe Larazzabal aimed at fostering collaboration in various areas of public service and research.Through this initiative, it paves the way for a future where goals are met with dedication and shared vision.
