Eastern Visayas State University – Ormoc Campus’ faculty and staff, headed by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and the Procurement Office, gathered in a Suppliers Forum anchored on the theme “Fostering Collaborative Partnerships to Streamline Procurement Processes, Ensure Timely Payments, and Enhance the Efficiency of Supply and Delivery Operations”, earlier today, May 21, 2024, at the Academic Building Function Hall.

On behalf of Dr. Jeffry V. Ocay who were attending an equally significant event, the Executive Assistant of the Campus Director, Mr. Ariel C. Morilla, graced the forum and delivered the rationale and statement of the purpose for the said event. Matters such as Procurement Concerns, Supply Office Concerns, and Payment Concerns were tackled and raised by Mrs. Dixie Jean V Caresosa- BAC Secretariat, Wilfred Jude A. Perante- Head of Supply Office, and Mrs. Sara Jane C. Endriano- Head of Cashier and Disbursing Office, respectively.

The said forum is a stride towards strengthening efficient procurement processes by addressing current challenges and discussing possible resolution towards a more organized, fluid, and systematic transactions and operations for the institution.
