With the theme “Laying the Groundwork for Excellence”, the PICE-EVSU-OC holds its 1st Hard Hatting and Vesting Ceremony of the Civil Engineering Juniors, today, June 26, 2024, as they step towards their next journey and recognition of the new set of Civil Engineering Licensure Examinations (CELE) last April 2024.

The ceremony formally commenced with the welcome message of Dr. Joel M. Capala, head of the engineering department, then followed by the special message of Engr. John Lorence B. Dela Cruz, a 2024 CELE passer, and a recognition for April 2024 CELE passers. Subsequently, the start of hard hatting and vesting of CE juniors with their parents. Lastly, the confirmation of OJT by Engr. Antonio E. Naboya, CE Juniors.

Moreover, Engr. Phoebe S. Lazaderas, of the Engineering Department Faculty, delivered her closing remarks.
