In support of student and stakeholder well-being, Eastern Visayas State University – Ormoc Campus (EVSU-OC) is hosting a 3-day Medical Dental Services event at the Campus Clinic from April 17-19 (Wednesday to Friday).
Dr. Joel A. Torres, the University Dentist of EVSU – Main Campus, led this initiative alongside our esteemed school nurse, Maβam Dina Capala, and Sir Joseph Gudelos, an instructor and the campus clinic’s designated nurse.
The University Clinic offers dental cleanings on April 17-18 and dental extractions on April 19. While they strive to accommodate as many students as possible, resource limitations prevent them from serving all. Currently, these services are prioritized for faculties and students from the Business and Management Department. However, Dr. Torres assures ongoing commitment, with plans to extend services to students from other departments in the coming months.
Additionally, Maβam Dina encourages everyone to regularly visit the EVSU-OC Clinic and check the bulletin board outside for the latest updates regarding this initiative and on upcoming events and activities.
