In line with the 9th Yolanda Commemoration, the Eastern Visayas State UniversityβOrmoc Campus conducted a seminar entitled “π΄πππππ πππππππ : π¨ π«πππππππ πΉπππππππππ π»πππππππ πΊππππππ” November 8, 2022, at the AC Building Function Hall.
In attendance were the Supreme Student Government (SSG), Observer, and student leaders from different registered organizations of EVSU-OC. Mr. Rustico B. Badilla, the administering officer, talked about Comprehensive Community-based Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Planning, where he discussed P.D. 1566 (series of 1978), R.A. 10121 (series of 2010), the Local DRRM Committee with Roles and Responsibilities as Approved and Community Risk Assessment (CRA).
Moreover, Mrs. Alma Villegas-Glori discussed climate change orientation and different natural calamities, particularly in the Philippines.
