Memorandum Circular No. 106 issued by the Office of the President on November 09, 2025, announces the suspension of classes at all levels and work in government offices in regions affected by Super Typhoon “Uwan.”

As stated in the circular, classes in Region VIII are suspended on November 10 and 11, 2025.
Essential and vital government services shall continue to operate, and agencies may enforce alternative working arrangements in line with applicable rules.
