Observer, the Official Tertiary Student Publications of Eastern Visayas State University Ormoc Campus is in search of aspiring artists and contributors for the pages of our 𝗜𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺, the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 of EVSU Ormoc Campus.
