From now on, every student at Eastern Visayas State University-Ormoc Campus needs to have a clearance signed by the Accountant designate, Student Affairs and Services Office (SASO) head, Supreme Student Government (SSG) Adviser or President, Librarian designate, their respective department heads, and Campus Director at the very end of the semester before they can enroll, regardless if their grades in the portal are already complete or not yet.

Clearance is available at the Registrar’s Office.
