About SSG

The EVSU Ormoc Campus – Supreme Student Government (SSG) is the umbrella of all registered student organizations and a voice for the students in the campus. The Supreme Student Governments function is to authorize, promote, implement programs, projects, and activities for the benefit of the students welfare. Another aim of three SSG is to create unity, solidarity, and cooperation among students by providing a safe space for them to express themselves and become better leaders or members in the community. This also includes promoting and setting the example to be better leaders that carry the mission, vision, and core values of the University.

Another function of the SSG is to voice out on the rights and welfare of the students when it comes to issues that arise in the campus or university. The SSG becomes a helping hand not just among students but even becomes a bridge between the faculty and stuff as well. During activities that are on or off campus, the Supreme Student Government (SSG) invites all students to come together and participate for the force of good. Lastly, the SSG continues to foster and help students seek greater opportunities that can help students avail real exposures, experience and learning in responsible and participative democracy leadership, partner in achieving quality education, and academic excellence.
