Open Forum and Program Flow

A major component of the afternoon session (1:00 PM–5:00 PM) was the Open Forum and Q&A Session (2:45 PM – 4:00 PM). This segment allowed students and parents to raise or write their questions and clarifications about the tour policies and expectations, ensuring a clear understanding of financial requirements, payment schedules, and itinerary expectations.

The activity concluded with a message from the faculty adviser/IT faculty (4:30 PM – 4:45 PM), offering encouragement and reminders on academic and behavioral conduct during the educational tour. The day ended with closing remarks and a group photo opportunity.

The orientation’s success is expected to result in a clear understanding of travel guidelines, cost breakdown, and itinerary expectations, along with strengthened coordination between the students, faculty, and the travel agency. Participants will complete a post-orientation feedback form for evaluation.
