The Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) proudly announces its exceptional performance in the November 2025 Nutritionist-Dietitians Computer-Based Licensure Examination (NDCLE), achieving an impressive 80% overall passing rate. This stellar result significantly surpasses the national passing rate of 69.49%, solidifying EVSU’s commitment to academic excellence in the field of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Excellence in First-Time Takers

The results, officially released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), highlight the quality of education and rigorous preparation provided by the university.

EVSU recorded an outstanding 85.71% passing rate among its first-time takers, a strong indicator of the effectiveness of the curriculum and instruction delivered by the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Department of Nutrition and Dietetics.

The university’s dedication to supporting all its graduates also saw a respectable 50% passing rate among repeaters. In total, the university has produced 20 new licensed Nutritionist-Dietitians who are now ready to serve the community and nation.

A Commitment to Public Health

The success of the new batch of licensed professionals comes at a crucial time when the demand for qualified Nutritionist-Dietitians is high, particularly in regional health, public education, and clinical practice.

The passing rate reflects the university’s impactful role in contributing to the country’s public health sector by training competent and dedicated practitioners. EVSU remains focused on its vision of becoming a leading source of highly skilled professionals who are committed to community and national development.

CONGRATULATIONS, NEW NUTRITIONIST-DIETITIANS!

The entire EVSU administration, led by the University President Dr. Dennis C. De Paz, along with the faculty and staff of the College of Arts and Sciences, extends its warmest and most heartfelt congratulations to the 20 successful examinees.
