The Supreme Student Government (SSG) conducted a basic leadership, team building, and strategic planning workshop effectively for all officers of each organization on June 30, 2024, at the EVSU-OC, Function Hall. This workshop prepares the aspiring leaders to undoubtedly encompass the real body of being leaders with the theme “Building Globally Competitive Student Leaders.”

The workshop was officially commenced by the esteemed speaker, Richard P. Impas, DPA, Head, Administrative and Finance Services. He delivered an insightful discussion of the Basic Leadership Principles and Practices for Leaders and how to embody a good leader and be a good example to the members of each organization. He also added and demonstrated the success of strategic planning and how to strategize for finer planning. In addition to informative sessions, the workshop featured hands-on activities in the evening to foster team spirit. One such activity was the Amazing Race, which aimed to promote camaraderie and teamwork among the officers.

Overall, the workshop ended with a remarkable success, equipping the student leaders with the necessary tools and knowledge to lead their respective organizations.
