The Senior Class Organization (SCO) of Eastern Visayas State University- Ormoc Campus (EVSU-OC) conducted a General Assembly Meeting with the graduating students of Class 2024, parents, and guardians to discuss important matters regarding Graduation Preparation and Fees last April 13, 2024 at EVSU-OC covered court.
Dr. Jeffry V. Ocay, EVSU-OC’s Director, warmly welcomed the students and parents with his opening message. He ran through the agenda of the said meeting and expressed his joy as the Class of 2024 is yet to achieve another milestone in their academic journey.
Starting off the discussion part, a presentation of the Calendar of Activities and Breakdown of Graduation Expenses was tackled by one of the SCO Advisers, Mr. Bonard Torres.
Furthermore, a representative from One Fine Studio, the official partner studio of SCO for the graduation pictorial and yearbook of Class of 2024, discussed the inclusions and options about the pictorial services and packages.
Moreover, SCO External Vice-President, Ms. Cherry Ann Castro, discussed about the flow of the Clearance Signing and the SCO Project. She also led the Open Forum session where questions and concerns from the students and parents were addressed.
The event concluded with the message from the Internal Vice-President of SCO, Ms. Miche Mari LucaΓ±as, highlighting that the journey is just as beautiful as the destination. She shared that as the Class of 2024 gets closer to their academic milestone, it is all the more important to persevere harder in order to conquer the emotional, financial, and personal hurdles along the way.
