About Registrar
The Registrar's Office is the core of the University, where all operations begin and never end offering exceptional services while maintaining confidentiality and integrity in providing superb services to our valued stakeholders. Our office is ready to serve faculty members, department heads, government offices, active and inactive students, alumni, and other stakeholders who require our services, including the community. The Registrar's Office is the central repository for all student academic records, and we manage to keep the archives current and sustain a smooth, efficient workflow. We guarantee that students and other stakeholders can access and obtain their records as promptly as possible when they visit our office.
Our main functions are to supervise and coordinate the management of student records; take charge of the official enrolment/registration of students; supervise the implementation of University policies on efficient management and safekeeping of student records; coordinate with the different Heads of Department in the consolidation of the list of graduating students for approval of proper authorities; disseminate information on new rules and regulations or requirements. Attends to the prompt compliance with requests for student records and other information; issues official transcripts of records, diplomas, and certifications; establishes effective linkages with educational institutions, locally and abroad, to improve student records management; prepares, maintains, and continuously updates the officials' student profile; identifies and recommends promulgation and adoption of appropriate policies, rules, and regulations of the University
